Overview 

The Fabric Hut is excited to offer our Monthly Giveaway program! Enter each month to be eligible for that month's drawing. Complete tasks to earn points—the more points you have, the better your chances of winning. New tasks and a new prize are offered each month, with winners selected on the first day of the following month.

Terms and Conditions

The promoter of this Monthly Giveaway is The Fabric Hut.

You must enter each month to be eligible for that month's drawing. Each person is only allowed to enter once per month. Multiple sign ups by a single entity are not permitted.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.

Prize values vary each month. Each monthly prize will be clearly displayed on our website.

The Monthly Giveaway is ongoing, and the promoter reserves the right to end the program at any time without prior notice. After ending, there will be no further entries permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Participants can earn additional points by completing monthly tasks. New tasks will be added each month. The more points earned, the higher your chance of winning, though winners are still selected at random.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be selected at random on the first day of each month. The more points earned per participant, the higher the chance of winning. Note that all winners are selected at random and the highest number of points does not guarantee any compensation.

Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the selection date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

Cheating for points in any way will disqualify you from winning the giveaway.

The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by United States law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current USA data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

The winner's name will be available within 28 days after each monthly selection by sending an email to us.

Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. You are providing your information to The Fabric Hut and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the United States standard Privacy Policies.

Employees of The Fabric Hut or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the giveaway or helping to set up the giveaway shall not be permitted to enter.
